I've spent half my life starting and running things, mostly between London and Istanbul. Currently a buy-&-build platform for UK SMEs, before that an AI venture in financial markets, before that e-ticketing, toys, digital mortgages and award-winning property development.

The longer I do it the more I think the interesting work isn't in any single venture but in the connective tissue: how one business's lessons translate to another's, how operators actually (un)learn, how founders pass batons, how curiosity holds the whole thing together.
