Mentoring

A small handful of founders through B Ventures. The work is mostly shining a flashlight on hard questions, knowing fully well I don't have the answers. Capacity is finite and I want to give the people I work with real attention, so I'm not taking on anyone new at the moment.

Succession economics. What actually transfers when a founder hands over a thirty-year business, and what gets quietly lost. Why most "buy-&-build" stories aren't, on closer inspection.
